The trentine porphyry: a symbol of an ancient culture:

Trentine porphyry quarrying takes place in Cembra and Lona-Lases (Trento), by means of the “plain mines” technical method, which facilitates the detachment of the material from the quarries walls.

At this stage, a preliminary sorting of the extracted material is made.
The workable porphyry is later further separated according to the quality, dimensions, size and on the basis of the standard criteria set from the ”PORFIDO TRENTINO CONTROLLATO” mark. Our company has adhered to this mark willingly, undergoing frequent controls by E.S.Po. (Porphyry Development Board).
